The founder Balwinder Sidhu has over 50 years of agricultural experience, which derived from farming in India. He came to Canada in 1986 with little money to spare. He began working in orchards all over the Okanagan as a labourer. He quickly realized with his skills, experience and mindset, he could prosper in the agriculture industry. That is when Greenway originated and began its journey.

This family run business started in 1998 by Balwinder and his wife Sarbjit Sidhu with the help of their sons, Ravi and Neil. They opened their first roadside fruit stand on their farm in Penticton. With the help and support of the local community this small stand soon grew in popularity. In 2008, with the success of the Penticton orchard, Balwinder expanded his family business to Kelowna. Thank you to their loyal customers for the continued support.

Today, both Greenway locations have a long and proud history of providing local high quality fruit in the Okanagan, not to mention the most flavourful. They are committed to safe, responsible practices and provide a friendly informative experience to their customers.
