U-Pick
Our cherry and apple U-Pick is available at our Kelowna location (2280 Hollywood Rd South) starting at the beginning of July to the end of August. During the fruit-growing season, we are open 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm.
How it works?
- Pick your own fruit and pay the market price by weight
- Instructions for picking will be provided
- No reservations necessary, first come first serve
- Ladders/buckets/boxes will be provided, you’re welcome to bring your own
- Bring your hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and appropriate footwear
- Cash/Interac/Credit Card is accepted
Rules and Regulations
- Leave your backpacks in your vehicle
- Do not climb trees, use provided ladders
- Do not break branches or buds
- You pay for what you pick
- Only pick at assigned rows
- Do not litter or leave trash in fields
Note: Please be aware you enter our U-Pick at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your children and your belongings.
We offer three types of high-quality cherries:
Lapins
Dark red in color that ripens mid July. The flesh of the cherry is very firm and resistant to splitting. It is one of the sweetest cherries out there.
Staccato
Firm in texture, ripens towards the end of July. They are mouth-watering semi dark, heart shaped cherries.
Sentinel
Glossy and attractive, ripen towards the very end of July. These cherries have a good tolerance to rain.
